The Symmetry Method
The same exercise name. A different movement for you.
This page exists because it's the one claim every program on this site makes. Rather than repeat it on every page, here it is in full, once, with the proof.
What symmetry-based programming means
A thousand clients, a thousand different plans. Even two clients with the exact same goal do not train the same way, because their bodies don't carry weight, posture or imbalance the same way.
Written on paper, an exercise name looks the same for everyone. The difference is in the variation: stance, range, angle, tempo and load, all chosen for that person.
The bent-over row example
One client's bent-over row is written to load the upper back, because that's where their imbalance sits. Another client's bent-over row, same name, is written to shift focus toward the lats or the mid-back, because their body asks for something else.
That's why every exercise in your plan ships with its own video. The video is not a generic demo. It is your exact version of that movement.
