Chapter 1 — The Beginning
I Was the Sick Kid.
I spent much of my childhood ill. Weak, struggling, and watching others do things I couldn’t. The doctors had answers, but no solutions that lasted. I was frustrated — not just with my body, but with a system that treated symptoms without ever addressing the whole person.
That frustration planted a seed. If no one was going to give me real answers, I would find them myself.
Chapter 2 — The Turning Point
Books Became My Medicine.
I started reading. Obsessively. Nutrition. Exercise science. Anatomy. Psychology. Spiritual literature. Every article, every book — I consumed them searching for something the medical system hadn’t given me: understanding.
Slowly, with knowledge and discipline, I began to change my own body. My health improved. My energy returned. And with it came a realization that would shape everything that followed.
Chapter 3 — The Shift
I Started Guiding Others.
People around me noticed the change. They started asking questions. A friend. A family member. A neighbour. I began sharing what I had learned — not as a trainer, but simply as someone who had been through it.
And then something happened that I will never forget: they changed too. I watched people transform — physically, mentally, emotionally — and I felt something I hadn’t expected. I felt called.
Chapter 4 — The Fuel
Their Progress Became My Purpose.
Seeing results in others was more motivating than anything I had experienced for myself. Each person who grew stronger, leaner, healthier — each one who told me they felt like themselves again — added fuel to something inside me that has never gone out.
I invested everything into becoming the most qualified, most knowledgeable guide I could be. Because my clients deserved someone who truly knew, not just someone who guessed.
Chapter 5 — Today

SQ Fitness is the formalization of everything that journey taught me. Every service, every program, every coach on this team exists to deliver that same transformation — the kind that is scientific, personal, and lasting.
I am still that same person who was sick and searching. That is why I never offer generic answers. I know what it feels like to need a real one.
